1 10 3/4 ounce can reduced-fat and reduced-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup
4 medium carrots, sliced (2 cups)
3 stalks celery, sliced (1 1/2 cups)
3 medium onions, chopped (1 1/2 cups)
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 ounces dried multigrain penne pasta (2 3/4 cups dried)
1/4 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese (1 ounce)
