1 red bell pepper, (diced)
1 tsp Italian herb blend
salt and pepper (to taste)
2 cloves garlic, (minced)
4 eggs, (lightly beaten)
1 cup milk (of choice)
1½ cups shredded mozzarella ((divided))
8 oz broccoli, (fine chop)
