1 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 ¾ cups whole milk
½ teaspoon salt
Few cracks fresh black pepper
8 ounces mozzarella (shredded)
8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
¼ cup shredded Parmesan (plus additional for garnishing)
9 no boil lasagna noodles
8 ounces ricotta cheese
