2 tsp canola oil (divided)
1 onion (chopped)

100 grams trimmed and halved snow peas
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp water
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 cup bean sprouts
