1/4 cup coarse fresh breadcrumbs (I used Udi’s whole grain bread)

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan

½ cup roasted garlic vinaigrette (recipe follows).

Juice of 1 lemon (about ¼ cup)

teaspoons Dijon mustard

½ teaspoon salt
