1/2 white onion, thinly sliced

1 3.5oz container shiitake mushrooms, stems removed, tops sliced into 1/2” pieces

1 large zucchini (or 2 medium), Blade C
•
toasted sesame seeds, to garnish (about 1/4 tsp)

1 tablespoon sesame oil
•
2 teaspoon honey
•
2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
