INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups sushi rice and 2 cups water OR 2 cups cooked sushi rice*
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
sesame oil
Grated fresh ginger – as much as you like!
1/2 an orange pepper, sliced thinly
3-4 shiitake mushrooms or similar, sliced thinly
1/2 a spring onion, sliced thinly
A little shredded nori
2 large handfuls spinach
soy sauce (make sure its GF if you are)
sesame seeds
black pepper
