2 teaspoons avocado oil, divided
½ cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ pound (8 oz) Beefless Ground
2 TBS of Taco Seasoning packet
¾ cup vegan Cheddar Shreds, divided
½ cup of canned diced tomatoes with green chilis, drained
½ cup vegan refried beans
¾ cup shredded lettuce, for garnish
Vegan sour cream, for drizzling
Fresh diced tomatoes, for garnish
Chopped cilantro, for garnish
Hot sauce, for serving
