1 (14-oz) can white beans (drained and rinsed)
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup finely minced celery
1/4 cup minced white or yellow onion
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1.5 Tbsp vegan mayo
1-2 tsp beet powder (optional, for color)
1 tsp kelp granules
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp fine ground black pepper
1/8 tsp lemon zest
Olive oil (for pan frying)
