Vegan Raspberry Muffins

INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cup Almond Milk (or any plant-based milk)
1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Canola Oil (or any vegetable oil )
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup Vegan White Chocolate (we used dairy-free sweet williams tabs )
1/2 cup Icing Sugar
1-2 tablespoons Almond Milk
1 tablespoon Freeze Dried Raspberries (optional )
