INGREDIENTS
8 ounces of rotini pasta, cooked according to the back of the package, substitute for gluten-free pasta.
1 Tbsp filtered water, substitute for olive oil
8 ounces of cremini mushrooms, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, minced
⅓ cup all-purpose flour, substitute for gluten-free flour
⅓ cup butter, packed. I recommend using dairy-free butter.
3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce, gluten-free sauce.
1 ½ cup vegetable broth + 2 Tbsp
1/3 cup dairy free sour cream
¼ tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
