Vegan Kale Caesar salad with Crunchy Turmeric Chickpeas

INGREDIENTS
2 bunches of Tuscan kale
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup tahini paste
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon warm water
2 teaspoons capers
1-2 teaspoons brine from the caper jar
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 15 oz. can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon turmeric
2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
4 lemon slices
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup of vegan parmesan cheese, shredded
