Vegan Coquito! (Puerto Rican Eggnog) “Jersey Girl Knows Best”

"Are you a coconut lover like me?! Yes! Well, have you ever heard of coquito?! It’s a Puerto Rican version of eggnog and it’s a coconut lovers dream ???? This year I made a vegan version and it pulled out all the stops! Ready?! Let’s do this! Here are all my ingredients in a blender! INGREDIENTS
2 cans cream of coconut (1 unsweetened)
3 cans coconut milk (1 unsweetened)
1 cup white Bacardi Rum
1/4 cup brandy
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
1/4 cup Cinnamon Water (1/2 cup Boiled water with 2 cinnamon sticks (let steep for 10 minutes, then strain)
2 32-oz glass containers
