15 oz can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 medium sweet potato, cooked, peel removed (about 1 cup cooked)
⅓ cup corn kernels, canned or frozen
½ red onion
1 jalapeno, seeds removed
¾ cup quick oats (75 g)
3 TB finely chopped cilantro
2 TB ground flax
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
