INGREDIENTS
 4 to 5 tbsp oil
 1 medium size bay leaf or tej patta
 4 cloves 
 4 green cardamom
 2 inch cinnamon
 1 black cardamom
 1 tbsp chopped ginger garlic
 3 tbsp chopped capsicum or bell pepper
 3 tbsp chopped spring onions optional
 3 tbsp chopped french beans 
 3 tbsp chopped carrots 
 3 tbsp fresh green peas
 1 tbsp chopped green chili
 salt to taste
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tbsp vinegar
 1/4 tsp salt adjust later if needed
 1 tsp nutmeg powder or jaiphal
 1/4 tbsp strand mace or javithri
 1/4 tsp star anise powder chakri phool powder
 1.5 lt to 2 lt water
 200 to 250 gm basmati rice
 1/2 tbsp oil
