Vanilla Pudding-Filled Chocolate Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS
Makes about 22 cupcakes.
For the pudding pies you’ll need:
22 mini phyllo dough shells (found in the frozen dessert section of most grocery stores)
1 box cook and serve vanilla pudding, prepared according to the box’s directions
For the cupcakes you’ll need:
2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs
2 t. vanilla
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
For the buttercream you’ll need:
2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
2 c. powdered sugar
2 t. vanilla extract
2 T. milk
