4 oz Butter (unsalted, room temperature)
2 cups Powdered sugar
½ cup Whipping cream ((38% + fat))
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract
7 oz Chocolate
1 cup Whipping cream ((38%+ fat))
¼ cup Simple Syrup ((optional) )
