3 Tablespoons Butter
1 Cup Diced Yellow Onion
1/2 Cup Grated Yellow Onion
1 Cup Chopped Cabbage (fresh or previously cooked)
1 Cup Mashed Potatoes (I used leftover yellow baby potatoes that I mashed with a fork)
2 Cups Roasted and Diced Red Potatoes
6 Cloves Garlic (roasted with red potatoes and chopped)
2 Cups Diced Corned Beef (previously cooked)
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
Kosher Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
