Unstuffed Pepper Soup

INGREDIENTS
1lb. to 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced (can use 2 green if that is what you have)
1 medium size sweet onion, diced
1 cup celery, sliced thin
1 Tbs. minced garlic
1/2 head of green cabbage, chopped
1 28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
1 can light red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups V-8 juice
6 cups water
2 Tbs. beef bouillon granules or 4 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning (I use Tony Chachere's)
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce (optional)
1 cup rice
