2 pounds lean ground beef (in this recipe today I used 85% lean because that’s all the store had, normally I would be 93% lean)

1 large onion, chopped
•
1 small head cabbage, chopped
•
2 cans diced tomatoes, no salt added
•
1 can tomato sauce (I use organic)
•
1/2 c. water
•
1 tbsp garlic
•
2 tsp salt
•
1 tsp pepper
