INGREDIENTS
Crust
2 cups digestive cookie crumbs
1 stick melted butter
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
Filling
2 packages cream cheese (16 oz) at room temperature
¾ cup sugar
Zest & juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sour cream
1 ½ cups heavy cream
purple, fuchsia and teal food colorings, plus edible glitter
powdered sugar, as needed
