1 9-inch single pie crust, (unbaked, homemade or store-bought refrigerated)

1/2 cup unsalted butter
•
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate (coarsely chopped, or 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips)

1 cup sugar
•
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
•
2 eggs
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
pinch of salt
•
3/4 cup whipping or heavy cream (whipped or 1 1/2 cups cup cool whip)
•
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (add more if desired)
•
1/3 cup powdered sugar
•
8 oz cream cheese (very softened (microwave for 20 seconds to soften if needed))
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1 1/2 cups whipping or heavy cream
•
1 bar chocolate (I used Hershey's, for grating on top of pie)
