1 large egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water
1/3 cup (47g) Everything Bagel Topping sesame seeds poppy seeds or the seeds of your
5 tablespoons (70g) cream cheese room temperature
5 large eggs
1/4 cup (57g) milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
black pepper to taste
3/4 cup (85g) shredded cheese; or 4 cheese slices 3” to 3 1/4” square
