3 1/2 cups high grade flour
1/2 cup potato flakes
1 tbsp bread makers yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup milk
2/3 cup cream
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup sugar
3 tsp ube flavocol
2 packed cups cooked grated purple yam
1/4 cup brown sugar
400 ml sweetened condensed milk
200 ml coconut cream
6 tbsp butter
1 egg
1 tsp water
