INGREDIENTS
1 cup grated English cucumber (about ½ to ¾ of a cucumber )
1 clove garlic (grated or finely minced)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
juice of half a lemon
1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
½ teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper
