Ingredients: 4 medium sweet potatoes, baked; 6 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened, divided; 3/4 cup Imperial Sugar Light Brown Sugar; 2 tablespoons orange juice; 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1/4 cup chopped pecans; 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour*; *Spoon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.
