3 cups Chicken broth
½ cup Heavy cream
1 ½ cups Parmesan cheese
8 oz mushrooms (sliced)
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (loosely packed, drained and chopped)
8 ounces spinach leaves, baby or regular spinach (rough chopped)
4 Tbsp Cornstarch
2 Tbsp Water
