You'll need 2 sheets of puff pastry, thawed out and flexible, but not totally limp. You'll also need a rather roomy work space, a rolling pin, a pizza cutter (or a knife), a sheet pan, and an oven.

1 cup + 2 tablespoons sugar

¼ cup cornstarch
•
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

¼ teaspoon salt
