1 cup bottled clam juice
1 pound boiling potatoes (about 3), peeled and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1 rib celery, chopped
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups fresh corn kernels
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 pound baked cod, broken into 1½-inch chunks
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
