INGREDIENTS

2 cups of coconut milk.

1 tsp (and you can work up to 1 TBL) of coconut oil. This adds more good saturated fats and anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties

1.5 tsp turmeric

1 tsp cinnamon
•
1 tsp nutmeg
•
1" piece of fresh peeled and sliced ginger or 1/2 tsp ginger powder
•
1 tsp of grade b maple syrup or honey to taste
•
a sprinkle of black pepper (optional) - this enhances the body's ability to absorb turmeric by one thousand times, however, if you have ulcerative colitis, crohns or other sensitivities, please omit.
