Turkey Tetrazzini with Mushrooms and Bacon

INGREDIENTS
12 oz spaghetti or linguini
4-6 slices bacon (chopped into half-inch pieces)
1 1/2 cups chopped onions
2 cloves garlic (minced)
12 oz package mushrooms (sliced)
1 tsp Herbes de Provence
3 Tbsp butter; divided
1/4 cup flour
1 3/4 cup half and half (yes, you can substitute or combine with milk, less rich/less calories)
2 cups Swanson Certified Organic Chicken Broth
1/4 cup sherry (or dry white wine)
3 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 cup peas (cooked)
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan (divided)
1/3 cup Panko bread crumbs
Salt and Pepper to taste
