•1 1/2 cups canned pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)

•1 can (19 oz/540 mL) no-salt-added navy beans, drained and rinsed

•2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro

•1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
