salt, (to taste)
parsley for garnish, (optional)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ Tablespoons baking powder
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
8 Tablespoons (1 stick) very cold unsalted butter, (grated or small diced)
¾ cup + 1 tablespoon buttermilk (divided use)
