Of course, you can substitute chicken or pork also...."
INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon vegetable oil or 1 tablespoon peanut oil

1 cup diagonally sliced celery

1 -2 clove garlic, minced

2 cups diced cooked turkey

1 (14 ounce) can Chinese vegetables, drained

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup frozen peas

2 tablespoons cornstarch
