1 tbsp each of chopped fresh tarragon and parsley

2 leeks, sliced

Leftover bread sauce - optional

Leftover cranberry sauce - optional

For the sauce:
•
500 mp chicken or veg stock
•
Grated fresh nutmeg
•
50 g butter
•
500 double cream
•
2 tbsp plain flour
•
For the pastry:
•
Shop bought pastry, shortcrust is best but puff will do.
•
1 egg
•
2 tbsp milk
