For the Bottom Crust

1 cup Bisquick

2 TBSP salted butter (for me, UNsalalted)
•
2 TBSP milk
•
For the Top Crust
•
1 cup Bisquick
•
2/3 cup milk
•
2 TBSP butter, melted
•
For the Filling
•
1/4 cup Bisquick
•
1/2 tsp salt
•
1 tsp garlic powder
•
1 tsp black pepper
•
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (corn, peas, carrots)**
•
**NOTE: Personally, I would need to sub these out for other veggies,
•
possibly fresh as I'm not able to eat corn or peas; try fresh red bell peppers, broccoli and / or green bean in addition carrots**
•
1 can cream of mushroom soup (prepared with 1/2 can milk)**
•
**non-dairy version: cook mushroom and make white sauce w/ almond or coconut milk and rice flour, works well**
•
1 large can tuna, WITH LIQUID
