Tuna Noodle Casserole

"Tuna used to come in 7-ounce cans, but now the standard cans of tuna are 5 ounces or less. I now use 2 cans of tuna in this recipe...."

INGREDIENTS
4 ounces egg noodles, uncooked
3 cups water; salted, boiling
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
2 cans (4 to 5 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup peas, cooked
1 cup soft bread crumbs tossed with 2 tablespoons melted butter
