1/2 large lemon (juiced)
•
3 Tbsp garlic hummus
•
1 large celery stalk, chopped
•
1 tbsp Vegenaise (or mayo)
•
1/4 nori sheet, crushed (for ocean-y flavor)(optional)
•
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
•
salt + pepper to taste

Good quality bread (I toasted mine)
