1/2 cup packed fresh Italian parsley leaves and tender stems
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
5 or 6 garlic cloves
Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 boneless-skinless chicken thighs ((about 1-1/2 pounds total))
