INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened (the more softened, the better–leave the stick of butter out overnight to soften if you can)

1/2 cup sour cream
•
1 1/2 cups sugar
•
1/2 Tablespoon half and half
•
3 eggs
•
1 1/4 cups flour
•
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
•
1/4 teaspoon salt
•
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa powder)
•
3/4 cup mini-chocolate chips (Nestle® Mini Morsels)
