1½ cups heavy cream, chilled

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

⅛ teaspoon salt

For the top layer:

¾ teaspoon powdered gelatin
•
1 tablespoon water

6 ounces white chocolate chips
•
1½ cups heavy cream, chilled
