Ingredients for white chocolate mousse:
200 g white chocolate
125 g whipping cream (liquid)
4 g gelatin (2 sheets)
300 g whipped cream (already whipped)
Ingredients for syrup:
200 ml water
150-200 g sugar
50 ml brandy
Ingredients for the ganache:
100 g dark chocolate
100 g milk chocolate
70 g whipping cream
For the chocolate flakes:
1 chocolate or bittersweet necessarily household, kept in the refrigerator 1-2 hours
