INGREDIENTS
For Filling:
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4  teaspoon (generous) ground cardamom
1 1/2 cups fresh raspberies (about 8 ounces)
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries (about 8 ounces)
1 cup fresh blackberries (about 5 1/2 ounces)
1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
2  Tender Pie Crust Disks (see recipe)
Whipping Cream (for glaze)
Vanilla ice cream or Sweetened whipped cream (optional)
