2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2.5 tsp mineral salt
2 Tbsp hot sauce ((like Texas Pete or Valentina))
1 tsp liquid smoke
10 oz Rotel tomatoes & chilies ((mild, medium or hot))
14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes
1 quart chicken broth ((fat-free))
24 oz frozen cauliflower ((florets) )
3 cups frozen okra ((cut okra))
7 cups water ((boiling))
3 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil ((or, refined coconut oil))
4 Tbsp THM Just Gelatin ((or, THM Integral Collagen) (*See Recipe Notes))
