1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. black pepper
6 eggs
1 lb. yukon gold potatoes, washed and diced
1 cup yellow onion, diced
1 cup green bell pepper, diced
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped for garnish(optional)
1/2 avocado, spiraled into a flower for garnish(optional)
