Tres Leches Cake with Arequipe Whipped Cream

INGREDIENTS
For the Cake:
1½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
4 egg whites
1 cup white sugar
4 egg yolks
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup strawberries, sliced (for the filling)
4 large strawberries, cut in half (for decoration)
For the Arequipe Whipped Cream:
2 cups whipping cream
3 tablespoons arequipe/dulce de leche (see recipe)
1/3 cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Milks:
½ cup heavy cream
1 small can evaporated milk (approx. 10 oz.)
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
