6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled halved lengthwise
1/4 cup mayonnaise, low-fat okay
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
paprika (to garnish)
