2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup butter or lard
6-7 Tablespoons cold water
1 pound ground pork
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely minced
2 large potatoes
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, scrambled for glazing
