1 stick unsalted butter, divided

12-oz. can evaporated milk
•
8-oz. cream cheese, cubed

2 10-oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked about 5 minutes in microwave and drained really well

12-oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
