6 Each Full Rack Baby Back Ribs (trimmed)
1 Cup Rib Rub (recipe follows)
4 Cups Rib Marinade (recipe follows)
1/2 Cup Asian Slaw (recipe follows)
5 Oz French Fries
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1-1/2 Tbsp Blackening Spice
7 Tbsp Jerk Seasoning
3 Tbsp Kosher Salt
4 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
1-1/2 Cups Coca Cola
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Cup Water
4 Tbsp Minced Shallots
3/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 Cups Worcestershire Sauce
1-3/4 Cup Ketchup
1 Cup Blackberry Brandy
1-1/4 Cup Honey
1 Tbsp Cornstarch Slurry (even parts, cool water and cornstarch)
1 Cup Green Cabbage (shredded)
1/2 Cup Red Onion (thinly sliced)
1/2 Cup Jicama (cut into 2" long, thin slices)
1-1/2 Tbsp Cilantro (leaves, chopped)
1/4 Cup Lime Juice (fresh)
1/2 Cup Olive Oil Blend (3 parts Canola, I part Extra Virgin Olive)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
